At Nada Bindu Kala Institute, we strive to provide high-quality dance training and a positive learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

By registering for a course through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1️⃣ Course Registration & Fee Policy

  • All course registrations are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Fees once paid are considered as confirmation of seat booking.

  • Limited seats are available in each batch to ensure quality training.


2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation request is made at least 5 days before the batch start date.

  • The selected batch is cancelled by the institute.

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction/processing charges.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation request made after the batch has started.

  • Student fails to attend classes.

  • Change of mind after enrollment.

  • Partial attendance of course.

  • Missed classes.

  • Workshop or short-term event registrations (unless cancelled by institute).


3️⃣ Transfer / Batch Change Policy

Instead of refund, students may request:

  • Batch transfer (subject to availability)

  • Course credit adjustment for future batch (valid for 3 months)

Approval is at the discretion of management.


4️⃣ Online Classes Policy

For online courses:

  • No refund once login details or course access has been shared.

  • Technical issues on the student’s side (internet/device) are not eligible for refund.


5️⃣ Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


6️⃣ Force Majeure

If classes are postponed due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), the institute may:

  • Reschedule classes

  • Provide online alternatives

  • Offer batch transfer

Refunds may not be guaranteed in such cases.
